The Occupational Health Nurse will assist in coordinating a cross functional health and wellness team for Taiwan employees. Services are provided under the mentorship or supervision of Global Health Service Site Lead.

• Provides clinical healthcare services including: Nursing care for injuries & illnesses, responding to onsite medical emergencies.
• Develop SEG list together with EHS & HR, and implement the occupational health surveillance based on JNJ and national requirements, develop the trending of medical surveillance assessment results.
• Responsible for employee health check, report analysis, special case management and recordkeeping.
• Implement occupational injuries and illness assessment, fitness for work assessment, and other case management under GHS OPS leader’s support.
• Drives increased health outcomes including reducing population health risks, managing and eliminating workplace health risks and supporting improved business outcomes through advancing employee health and well-being.
• Provides general health education, coaching and services including: educational workshop/training, educational material sharing and coordination to help employee get flu shot.
• Management of First-Aid Room and Nursing Room.
• Provides support for first aid needs
• Massage service management
• Partners with other members of the Global Health team as well as Human Resources, Safety and management partners to encourage an integrated team approach to promote employee health and wellness
