ABOUT THE ROLE:
In this exciting role, you will be leading the eCommerce growth for Taiwan
across different digital platforms and partner a team in product, demand
generation, operations and analytics, and drive customer and business unit
value in AP region.
You will be the subject matter expert on the business performance, Go-To-
Market strategy, operations and merchandising, while driving scalability of
both digital marketing and eCommerce initiatives. In addition, you will work
with business partners/distributors to maximize omnichannel presence as well
as enhancement of the entire e-commerce customer journey.
You will be reporting to the Central Asia Pacific eCommerce E-Commerce
director. Tasked to drive the growth of the overall eCommerce business in
Taiwan, with the ultimate goal of delivering digital performance targets and
online revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Planning & Strategy:
o Responsible & devise strategy & tactical plan for the Taiwan eCommerce
business
o Plan all aspects of eCommerce business, including 4P (product portfolio,
place pricing and promotions)
o Lead quarterly planning & regular meeting cadence & interlocks with the key
stakeholders
Operations:
o Supervise sales and marketing support to support eCommerce executions such
as online campaigns, merchandising plan, digital marketing activities and pre/
post sales operations.
o Become a focal of Taiwan eCommerce and make a collaboration with local team,
which includes Ops, Finance, Product, Consumer, SMB, Marketing, Service and
Logistics team.
o Conduct in-depth review & analysis of Marketing campaign results and online
sales, co-relating activities with portfolio performance and optimizing
performance marketing accordingly
o Co- work with related offshore eCommerce/supporting team, which includes
Production, Product operations, Marketing operations, Sales Support,
Fulfillment team.
o Accountability for the regular operational issues, such as customer service
coordination, product returns, stock inventory etc
o Liaise & review with regional / global team on site improvements, support
levels, new capabilities on a regular basis
o Collaborate & engage with the cross functional teams as & when required
Business development:
o Lead end-to-end business development for Taiwan eCommerce sales while
initiating 4P, marketing and other sales operations.
o Identify new & innovative Go to market models for eCommerce business
o Establish & manage partnerships with eCommerce business partners &
distributors & liaising with them
Team management / Leadership
#### Position Requirements:
o 15 or more years of experience within eCommerce management & execution
o Managed Online Business ($ 15M+) & sizable team
o Demonstrated experience in retail eCommerce, and business-to-consumer (B2C)
eCommerce

o A strong understanding of eCommerce operations, sales planning & business
development
o Ability to drive strategy and change while implementing, analyzing and
reporting on numerous concurrent eCommerce projects
o Knowledge of the latest trends, technologies and platforms for eCommerce
o Passion for engaging in improving own knowledge and skills.
o Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to
identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
o Superior analytical skills and experience in applying data & insights to
make decisions.
o Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
