Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for the daily operation of game products in Taiwan, assist in the formulation, implementation, supervision and analysis of strategies;
2.Analyze problems based on the online operation results of game products and regional user habits, and provide optimization suggestions for product iteration development to improve product operation results and overall game data;
3.Establish and optimize the product data analysis system, and use data to mine problems and optimization space in project operations;;
4.Coordinate planning and marketing departments to prepare versions for the launch of games, participate in the formulation and optimization of version content such as game commercialization and operation activities, communicate with the technical team to promote project progress, and ensure the smooth launch of versions;
5.Responsible for monitoring relevant game products in the industry, pay attention to industry trends, conduct product analysis based on user feedback, and adjust product improvement directions and operational phased goals;
6.Review and optimize translated texts according to the culture of different regions to make the game more suitable for local user habits.

Job Requirements:

1.Live in Taiwan for a long time, have a deep understanding of the local humanities and culture, have a high level of text sensitivity, and be familiar with the differences between simplified and traditional Chinese terms;
2.Passionate about games, with extensive gaming experience, strong curiosity, learning ability, execution skills, and results-oriented;
3.Bachelor's degree or above; high-quality candidates without experience in the gaming industry are acceptable;
4.Proficient with Microsoft Office software like Excel and PPT;
5.Have a good level of writing and detail-oriented;
6.Good communication skills, strong teamwork spirit, can adapt to a rapidly changing work environment, and has the ability to handle pressure.
