Principal accountabilities

  • Follow all Huntsman policies, compliance guidance and EHS regulation

  • Provide administrative support to COE Talent Acquisition team while developing an understanding of Huntsman's products and businesses

  • Responsible for posting of positions, includes develop job posting based upon on job description, manage job posting in WorkDay/job portals etc.

  • Regular Report on Recruitment data Statistics, includes monthly recruitment report, candidate data consolidation etc.

  • Provide support with pre-employment screening checks (reference check/background check/medical check) by actively tracking the process of the checks, billing costs, etc.

  • Be a super user on Workday as it relates to recruitment procedure (i.e. offer management)

  • Manage paperwork and Workday procedure for all hiring activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all cases

  • Create and distribute official documentation, such as offer letters

  • Manage pre-onboarding process for all new hires and other status change requests, includes

  • Provide support for a number of recruitment-related activities: coordinate pre-screening, coordinate assessment testing to applicants, set up interviews

  • Candidate database maintenance and clean-up to keep data integrity and avoid profile duplication

  • Assist with recruitment admin-related special projects as assigned

Knowledge / Experience / Skills needed


  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree

  • 1-2 years administrative experience is preferred

  • Prefer to have working knowledge of HR Systems such as Workday

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Well-developed time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities

  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong sense of urgency and flexibility
