To manage the overall recruitment process through developing and executing appropriate resourcing strategies and effective manpower planning, to meet business changing needs and requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• To develop and execute effective resourcing strategies to support business needs
• To review and revise recruitment processes and procedures to ensure its relevancy
• To collaborate with hiring managers on selections of candidates
• To utilize cost effective recruitment methods to source and provide quality candidate pool
• To manage recruitment channels, liaison with recruiting agencies, arrange interviews, and manage hiring paper-work (Newspaper, Web-Hiring, etc.)
• To collaborate with HR Business Partners in proposing suitable salary package to attract right talent pool to meet business needs
• To work in collaboration with manager, HRBP and P&R in manpower planning and management
• To ensure adherence of relevant procedures/guidelines in relation to compliance matters

Job Requirements 

• Degree or above in Human Resources or related discipline
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in resourcing and recruitment, preferably with sourcing experience in an executive search firm or recruitment agency environment
• Resourceful, self-motivated, results-oriented and work independently
• Strong stakeholders focus with excellent interpersonal communication skill with proven ability to work with people of all levels
• Willing to take up new challenges responsibilities and accountable for its results
