The individual will develop and implement recruiting strategies to source the best talent. S/he will specifically be dedicated to support our Technology, Digital and Analytics (TDA) hiring strategy. Provide recruiting solutions to complex staffing issues. Consult and interact with hiring managers on hiring strategies and implement best practices in hiring and recruiting issues and procedures.- Executing end-to-end recruitment process from job opening approval until the job offer acceptance.
- Perform all aspects of technical recruiting ranging from identifying needs, sourcing talent, networking in the industry, interviewing, and ensuring candidates experience have a good candidate experience
- Develop a rich pipeline of top software engineering talent through various recruiting strategies and efforts
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming needs and priorities
- Help manage our system, including generating relevant Recruitment activity reports.
- Contribute in leveraging social media, technical community outreach events and job fairs in order to improve our employer branding efforts.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Strong sense of logistics, balanced with flexibility and understanding
- Proven dedication to follow-through and delivering results
- High attention to detail; stellar time management and organization skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and problem solve independently without sacrificing quality of work
- Proven success in communicating effectively and building strong, trusted relationships within diverse groups
- A minimum of eight (8) years of progressive technical recruitment experience, in the engineering, architectural, software development using the Agile methodology
- Good understanding of recruitment sourcing channels and online database searching techniques.
- Drive, organization, ownership, and a passion for talent acquisition.
- Strong communication skills including demonstrated social media skills.
- An ability to develop strong working relationships with internal clients/stakeholders
- Relevant Applicant tracking system (ATS) experience.
- Headhunting experience will be a plus.
