This role can be based at our Beachwood OH, Raleigh NC or Moon Township PA facilities or remotely from a home office. In this function you will: Own recruitment of high-volume production level positions in a fast-paced environment Partner with operations to seek to understand the business, including products and services of the client organization, to speak with authority and attract key talent Bring creativity and strategic thought to develop recruiting plans specific to each unique requisition that exemplifies a depth of understanding of the client's hiring needs Consult and advise the hiring teams on market availability, market trends, roadblocks and potential solutions to overcome those roadblocks Why work at Eaton? Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred qualifications: High volume recruiting experience, including exposure to sourcing tools and experience developing innovative sourcing and marketing strategies Experience working with OFCCP hiring policies and guidelines Experience in a HR role supporting a client organization(s) Previous experience with applicant tracking systems Bachelor's Degree Position Criteria: Demonstrated project management skills and a detail-oriented approach to work Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to drive results, even under adverse circumstances Strong organization and time management skills Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range for this role is $61,680-$84,810 a year. Additional Compensation: Eligible for an annual performance-based incentive plan with a target at 7% of base salary.
