Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator, APAC


Position Summary:


The Talent Acquisition organization at Verifone is a highly motivated team of professionals focused on bringing in the highest level of talent to drive the business forward while delivering a best in class candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a key member of the APAC TA team, responsible for all aspects of coordination, operations and administration activity for the end-to-end hiring process at Verifone


Essential duties and accountabilities:


  • Support the administration and co-ordination of the end to end hiring activities, ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered in the hiring process
  • Manage pre-onboarding process and provide suggestion to improve the current process
  • Create job offers following the process and collect onboarding documents from candidate
  • Coordinate candidates interviews and all elements of interview logistics
  • Manage our employee referral process, including tracking referral status, validating qualification and initiate bonus payment in system
  • Conduct background and reference check
  • Assist in posting and sourcing for various roles assigned
  • Prepare hiring reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
  • Act as liaison with People Services in support of the candidate on-boarding process
  • Support regional implementation of TA/HR projects


Knowledge & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field, with experience in recruiting, HR or similar roles
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written to communicate with recruiters, candidates, and all levels of management
  • Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience with Workday and Jobvite (ATS) is a plus
  • Sophisticated to manage all levels stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, diligence and organizational skills with a high work standards and attention to detail
  • Previous experience working with multiple stakeholders, across various cultures and geographies
  • Flexible and adaptable to change, able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused and strong team mentality
  • Familiarity with basic employment legislation is desirable
  • Overall, you are a dedicated, committed self-starter who isn't afraid to take initiative and is passionate about striving for continuous responsibilities
