Job Description

To support full Talent Acquisition life cycle, including job posting, channel selection, interview arrangement and etc.

Principal accountabilities

1. Provide daily support to COE Talent Acquisition team while developing an understanding of Huntsmans HR organization structure and operation procedure.

2. Responsible for posting of positions, including develop job posting based upon on job deion, manage job posting in Workday / job portals etc.

3. Regular Reports related to recruitment activities.

4. Manage Taleo procedure for all hiring activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all cases.

5. Provide support for recruitment-related activities download applicants from job portal, coordinate assessment testing e.g. OPQ to applicants, set up interviews.

6. Candidate database maintenance and clean-up to keep data integrity and avoid profile duplication.

7. Assist with recruitment admin-related special projects as assigned by TA Head

8. Provide support in managing temporary manpower, including contractor, intern and etc.

Knowledge / Experience / Skills needed

1. Graduate of a Bachelor’s / College degree

2. Fresh graduate is acceptable. 1-2 years Human Resource experience is preferred

3. Prefer to have working knowledge of HR Systems such as Taleo/Workday

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

5. Good English oral and written communication skills

6. Good sense of customer service

7. Well-developed time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities

8. High attention to detail and accuracy

9. Strong sense of urgency and flexibility
