The Talent Acquisition Department Manager provides leadership, support, advocacy and vision to corporate recruiters, support staff and global HR who provide talent acquisition support to hiring managers
Essential Functions
Develop and implement talent acquisition programs to attract most suitable candidates.
Achieve hiring targets and build up talent pipelines for designated technology/professional domains.
Works closely with global HR to share best practices, provide assistance on critical needs and coordinate on corporate-level initiatives.
Manages corporate talent acquisition team.

Requirement
Post-graduate degree in HR, Business Administration or related fields
More than 10 years of talent acquisition and human resources management related experience
