Job Description

As Director of Global Operations & Strategic Programs, you'll build the backbone of the Talent Acquisition function - everything from creating and leading strategic programs to setting the operational cadence for the team. Key Responsibilities

Strategize and Organize

  • Create, identify, and lead implementation of strategic global programs, tools, processes, practices and projects  (ex: branding  referrals, interview protocols/selection playbook, hiring algorithms, special populations, country playbooks)  for efficiency and  business impact.
  • Create & implement global framework to manage risk (compliance, audit, EEOC, AA, OFCCP, etc.).
  • Implement program/project management practices to manage, measure, and report on progress/business value of strategic programs and operations.
  • Manage benchmarking and best practices for global TA. Establish and provide performance metrics / measures to continually assess team effectiveness against industry standards/maturity model.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to leverage internal/external tools/resources.
  • Manage global TA budget. Identify and implement opportunities to optimize investments.
  • Create and implement analytics, metrics, and reporting strategy in partnership with HR Global Talent Analytics team.
  • Apply broad industry and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance across business unit, department or sub-functions.

Innovate and Lead

  • Create and implement appropriate change management strategies to engage and lead team / key stakeholders through greater levels of organizational maturity.
  • Build trust and create followership to lead team through HR and TA organizational transformation.

Recognize and Grow

  • Identify opportunities/implement project work to drive and measure TA efforts in diversity recruiting and creating an inclusive workforce.
  • Create an inclusive environment to lead and develop a diverse, world-class team.

Collaborate and Co-create

  • Seek and develop tactical and strategic partnerships to innovate service delivery and results.
  • Initiate and manage key vendor relationships in partnership with Global Procurement organization.
  • Create and institutionalize connections between talent acquisition and other service delivery units.
  • Work across the global talent acquisition team, HR teams (HREPs, HRBPs, COEs, HRSS), and other functional teams (for example, Legal, Finance, CorpComm/MarkComm, GCWF) to deliver cost-effective business results.

Experience:

  • 10+ years in HR with focus in talent acquisition or talent operations. 
  • 5 +years leadership experience, including virtual and matrixed teams.
  • Budget/business case creation and management.
  • Experience leading regional and global projects in a rapidly changing, transformational environment (program/project management).
  • Stakeholder management at the executive level.

Education:

  • BA in business, Human Resources, or related/relevant field.
