As a Talent Acquisition Intern on the Corporate Recruitment Team, you will learn the competitive world of recruiting by identifying, engaging, interviewing, and hiring the best talent for Bentley Systems! You will work directly with a world class recruiting team and Hiring Managers across multiple disciplines including HR, Marketing, Professional Services, Software and Product Development, Finance, Legal etc. You will participate in a strategic project to further Bentley’s mission to build an innovative and diverse workforce. You will work with multiple software tools including but not limited to LinkedIn, SAP SuccessFactors, Plum, MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, and other required tools.
This Is You:
- A graduate student working towards a degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related degrees.
- Passion for creating a more inclusive and equitable workforce with an interest in diversity & inclusion recruiting.
- Strong record of achievement and leadership in work experience, clubs, volunteerism, or internships.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, computer, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with a team effectively in a remote work environment.
- Desire to promote opportunities and participate in employer branding efforts on social media.
You May Have:
- Experience working in a Talent Acquisition organization.
- Education at the master’s level in Human Resources or related fields of study preferred.
- Proficiency with internal and external recruiting tools, analytics tools, and assessment tools is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives.
