Join our Talent Acquisition team to make this happen. As the Talent Acquisition intern, you will start your career as reliable recruitment partner and provide support in diverse of sourcing strategy, selection, hiring and recruitment marketing nature, including but not limited to:
- Participate with the team/HM meetings to understand the job requirements and design the variety of advertising materials for all hiring levels, posting internship, fresh graduate jobs on Ybox, internship.edu.vn, respective Facebook pages, college forums
- Step in the selection and hiring process to ensure the end to end hiring process is in line with Intel's standards
- Support to build plans and execution of recruitment awareness campaigns including events, social media contents, collaterals productions, data management
- Involve in campus, hiring activities such as career day, job fair, factory tours, hiring events, networking events to build Intel's employer branding and marketing strategies
- Expected internship duration: 6 months at minimum (at least 3 days at work per week).
- Can be extended to 8-12 months if candidates are available. Details to be discussed during interviews.
Qualifications
- Student in 3rd or 4th year at Vietnam universities or college with strong passion Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing activities
- Strong communication in English
- Savvy digital design through online social media, multimedia application software (Illustrator, Photoshop, flash, video making and editing, etc.) is a plus
- Internship experiences or past extra curriculum activities in content creation, event organization, employer branding, social media campaigns would be a plus
- Influencing networking with compelling story telling and appealing written contents.
- Responsible and can-do attitude

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
