As Talent Acquisition Lead Italy, you will be responsible for managing the AstraZeneca resourcing needs for its current and future ‘Talent Pipeline’, as well as preparing sourcing and Employer Branding strategies in order to attract the best talents on the market. You will work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Leads & Talent Acquisition Partners throughout our global hubs and in Europe and Canada to share best practice. In this operational and strategic role, there are many opportunities to collaborate with local, regional and global teams in contributing to projects and activities.

Main duties and responsibilities
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the role will comprise the following aspects:
Support in delivering the talent processes required to implement Global talent strategies on a local level and gain insight into the business talent needs and challenges
Manage the entire recruitment process including sourcing strategy definition, job advertisement writing and posting, candidate selection, interviews, reference checks
Support the provision of timely data analytics and reporting activities, to manage candidate pipeline and recruitment KPIs and costs
Build positive relationship with candidates and keep them informed during selection process to keep them engaged with AstraZeneca brand
Liaise with internal stakeholders (Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, Talent Scouts) to understand current and future needs as well as work with third party providers for specific recruiting projects
Support in the planning and execution of our various Employer Branding plans and ensure consistency in our brand messaging, positioning and materials to these audiences
Manage all activities and Account relationship according with Company Values, Code of Conduct, Guidelines/Internal procedures and Italian legislation
Essential requirements
Extensive relevant experience with full life-cycle recruitment within a multinational company; Talent Advancement as well as Employer Branding Activities will be an advantage
Strategic mindset with a thorough understanding of business drivers and Talent Acquisition and Advancement trends
Results oriented, including the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
Proactive, self- driven, resilient, enthusiastic and inclusive
Strong communication skills
Written & spoken fluency in English and Italian
A Bachelor Degree / Post Graduate Qualification in HR related specialism as well as previous Pharma experience would be highly desirable
