Job Description

Applied Materials is looking for an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Manager to lead E2E recruitment and to be a partner on employment branding initiatives.

• Manage, coach and develop a growing Talent Acquisition team

• Design and implement the best-in-class recruiting plans and strategies to attract talents in Israel and other potential locations

• Develop strong and effective partnerships with the hiring managers and leadership

• Significant part of the global TA Leadership, collaborate with the global TA team on cross organizational processes

• Analyze recruitment data and identify relevant metrics to constantly improve our effectiveness

  • • Support employer branding and PR efforts

• Conduct in-depth HR interviews

• Identify, integrate and manage recruiting related vendors and tools

• Hands-on recruiting as needed

• Promoting inclusion & diversity by driving recruitment programs and strategies that attract and retain candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives.

Requirements

• Love recruitment and see it as a significant and strategic profession!

• 5+ years of recruiting experience within high-growth, innovative, tech global organizations

• 3+ years of experience managing and inspiring a high-performing recruiting team

• Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and the ability to influence and partner with business leaders across the organization

• Experience conducting HR interviews and excellent assessment skills

• Passionate about candidate experience, ensuring that each candidate has a unique and positive experience

• Self-starter who loves taking initiative and proactively providing suggestions for how to streamline and improve recruitment activities

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify metrics and data to back up your strategy

• Great written and verbal communication skills both in Hebrew and English
