This role is responsible for developing resourcing strategies to attract top talents for AIA Cambodia while proactively working with the business to drive business performance through effective people practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive recruitment and talent mapping ensure the delivery and quality of headcount requirements

• Design, develop and maintain recruitment policy, methodology, compliance, system, and processes

• Drive Talent Branding initiatives (physical & digital) to build AIA as Employer of Choice

• Deliver AIA Internship Program ensuring quality and positive feedback from stakeholders

Job Requirement:

•Minimum 6 years’ experience in resourcing and HR partnering in a large multi-national company

• Tertiary education in human resources management or related field

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in talent management preferable from a large multi-national company

• Strong communication and relationship skills to positively influence key business decisions within their area of responsibility

• Strong attention to details and accuracy. Highly driven and results-focused in a fast-paced environment
