We are looking for a high performing Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. You will lead our operational hiring efforts and strategy across our diverse and challenging CEE Markets. Reporting into the Head of TA EEMEA you would work closely with other key stakeholders in AbbVie and Allergan Aesthetics to deliver a top-quality talent acquisition experience to our candidates, hiring managers, leaders, and internal partners. The role currently has a strong operational delivery focus, but the desire is to transition it to a more strategic outlook over time. So, we are looking for someone that is happy to manage a high load of operational hiring until we achieve this desired future state. This also means that you should be committed and capable in delivering continuous improvements to the process, system, and people elements of our TA operations to create ‘space’ for the role to become more strategic over time. Delivering best-in-class core TA processes such as ATS data quality, Role launch Meetings, Advert Writing, Strategic Sourcing, Weekly Hiring Updates, Candidate Screenings, CBI, Psychometric Assessments (we use Hogan) and Offer Management will be key. Going far beyond ‘post and pray’ hiring, you will create and execute on innovate sourcing strategies and recruitment marketing to reach and attract top talent that is not necessarily looking for a new role. Managing our Employer Branding at a country and regional level you will assess our brand strength, utilize our EVP, and deliver campaigns to enhance our position in the talent market. Driving our EEDI agenda is a core role where you should lead on delivering tactical work (e.g., diverse slates) and at a strategic level, changing mindsets of stakeholders around diverse talent. You will be responsible for ensuring that our external succession plans are robust and that we constantly raise the bar by hiring external talent for potential. This will mean delivering market intelligence reports and mapping the market to then create long term relationships with external top talent. Knowing the internal talent market and how to engage with our internal key talent for opportunities is even more important. You would oversee our talent programs for early careers hires and future MBA (tbc) hires. You will use data to influence and drive decision making. This means keeping baseline data quality will be a focus so that you can accurately report on progress to our leaders. You will be competent in pulling data from Tableau and manipulating it in excel (pivots) and in data visualization (charts, graphs, trends analysis etc.). Analysis of the data will then allow you to identify and act on opportunities for improvement. We are very customer centric so understanding how to provide an excellent customer service and having a passion to always improve the value that we deliver is key. We also use an agile approach, always focusing our efforts on providing maximum customer value. Behaving as a change agent is critical as we are tasked with challenging thinking. Project management skills are required, so is having an ability to work in a complex matrix and cross-cultural global environment to ‘get things done’ and deliver on the variety of different initiatives we are involved in. Creating a ‘culture of hiring’ is key. This will be realized through a variety of measures delivering hiring manager education both impromptu and through formal trainings. Qualifications You will be a passionate people leader that invests in their team to facilitate their performance and motivation. It is preferred that you have experience working in a corporate talent acquisition role or an RPO in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices or Biotechnology sectors. You should have a solid base of completed hiring projects in the CEE region which for us means Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. In terms of personal qualities, you should be resilient, adaptable, innovative, and committed to being a continuous learner.
