Job Description

The ideal candidate will have minimum 6 years' experience recruiting external passive candidates for clients and will have experience managing a portfolio of 10-12 searches at a given time across all levels and disciplines. The Recruitment Manager will have direct contact with Hiring Managers and will be responsible for the entire life-cycle of all searches. Given our growth, you must be comfortable functioning in a fast paced environment and will be skilled in delivering quality candidates to the business.

The Candidate will have experience as a full life-cycle in-house Corporate Recruiter or with a search firm, either in property, construction, real estate or engineering sector. A plus will be to have experience with global companies and recruiting for multiple roles per project. 

Job Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for partnering with management to guide candidates through the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools such as internet services, job board posting, networking, career/job fairs and professional organizations.

This position plays an integral role in building the company's talent pipeline, requiring the successful candidate to have great interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term candidate relationships. We're looking for someone who can strategically partner with management to ensure their needs are met, while focusing on delivering high calibre candidates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage the candidate search process by implementing external sourcing strategies and assessing candidates.
  • Build the market pipeline of candidates to fill vacancies and proposal needs.
  • Manage external recruiting agencies as needed to assist with sourcing.
  • Develop interview protocols; accurately track applicants and candidates ensuring compliance with all applicable Federal and State employment laws.
  • Perform reference verifications and facilitate a smooth transition from the recruitment process to the on-boarding process.
  • Act as an advisor to guide and direct our leadership on hiring decisions using strategic market knowledge.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will be able to work through tight deadlines and meet goals for rapid turnaround times in responding to vacancy requests.

They will have a known reputation for identifying candidates, possess strong advisory and consulting skills, and embody leadership qualities.

They will have strong organizational skills, be proactive and results oriented.

Education/Experience Required:

The ideal candidate be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).

They must have at least 6 years of experience in Recruitment. Ideally, the prior experience will be from an agency or a consultancy. 

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but experience qualify in lieu of a degree
