This might be the role for you! As a Talent Acquisition Manager in AbbVie you will manage end to end recruitment projects, develop talent pipelines and work with the leaders, hiring managers and the HR team to create an effective and quality oriented recruitment strategy to attract talent. You will lead and develop the recruitment strategy, for all job openings in Netherlands and you will be supporting in building talent pools for enterprise critical capabilities for the rest of countries (Belgium, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden). You will lead and develop campus recruiting strategies with the aim to start building the pipeline for AbbVie future leaders. You will be part of a Global Talent Acquisition Team with whom you will exchange and collaborate for building and sharing best practices, designing, and implementing tools to help attract and select best candidates for AbbVie. You will develop ongoing professional relationships with leaders and managers across the various client groups. You will be involved in defining the communication strategy for external market and tailor the Employer Value Proposition to the target audience. You will be managing end to end recruitment in a fast-paced environment; you will need to prioritise workloads and manage multiple requests as well as relationships internally and externally. Qualifications You will be eligible for the role if you have a proven end to end recruitment experience, search experience within an agency environment and a proven track record of identifying candidates through social networks. In addition to a degree qualified, you are fluent in Dutch and English. Working experience within pharma/life sciences will be a plus.
