The Talent Acquisition Manager is a key member of the U.S. TA leadership team, providing direction and solutions to their team of Talent Advisors and Candidate Care Coordinators. The open Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the Sales & Services Recruitment team, and will report directly to the North American Head of Talent Acquisition.

This is a role well suited to a focused professional, looking for the next step in their career. As the Talent Acquisition Manager for the Sales & Services business areas:

  • You will lead a team of 6 Talent Advisors and 1 Candidate Care Coordinator, all supporting recruitment for our Sales & Services business areas.  The sales & services TA teammates are located at our campuses in Cary, NC, Malvern, PA & Toronto; as well as remote/home offices.
  • You will establish a cohesive and positive team culture through providing your team the support they need, actively review and manage workloads & delivery, recognize key achievements, and help to facilitate critical relationships within their support areas.
  • You will manage a req load in support of our Services business area, headquartered in Cary, NC.
  • You will build partnerships with several HR Business Consultants also supporting Sales & Services, to help manage headcount forecasting, headcount management processes, and other general talent delivery topics.
  • You will develop relationships with senior leaders within Sales & Services to better enable talent delivery within their organizations.
  • You will support the Healthineers strategy of veterans hiring pipelines, including management of our existing partnership contracts, and evaluate future veterans pipeline partnerships including wounded warrior initiatives.
  • You will partner with our University Relations team to assist in coordination of early talent pipelines for Sales & Services hiring.
  • You will contribute to the growth and expansion of our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion sourcing practices.
  • You will support global talent acquisition projects focused on evaluating operating models, delivery structures, technology partners and KPI reporting.
  • You will plan & prioritize and manage onsite recruitment events throughout the US.
  • You will plan and outline presentations and ensure TA representation at monthly new hire trainings.
  • You will manage other duties as assigned.

Required experience for the success of this role

  • Minimum of an Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 8 years of experience recruiting within a corporate environment
  • Prior people management experience preferred, but not mandatory
  • Comfortable working within several separate systems/tools to review, interpret or enter data
  • Candidates local to the Cary, NC market are preferred 
  • Legal Authorization to work in the U.S.
