As a Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you will drive digital and traditional marketing channels while implementing innovative ideas and knowing your audience. As a primary steward of the Siemens employment brand, you’ll influence while working alongside talented team of TA Partners. Your expertise will guide business partners in building, tracking, and measuring multimedia recruitment marketing campaigns that tell a unified brand story and differentiate us as one of the top places to work. What will you do? * You will build strategic campaigns that resonate with key audiences (function, level, diversity, military, etc.) at all points of their candidate journey. * You will guide partners in web design, graphic design, video production, print collateral, media buying, copywriting, photography, and other media to build messaging that connects with your audience, producing compelling stories and visuals. * You will leverage existing and new tools & channels to optimize usage of our applicant tracking systems, CRM, and social channels. * You will measure and manage full-funnel efficiency metrics and reporting to deliver operational excellence and engagement to tell our success story. * You will gain expertise on how to use and build content for all major social media platforms, and interest in emerging social tools and trends. * You will service as primary POC for US TA on the rollout of the new Siemens Employer Brand campaign * You will be the US liaison for Global Recruitment Marketing strategies and initiatives * You will be asked to work on key requisitions as needed What you will bring… * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience * 5-7 years talent acquisition marketing experience * 3+years of experience utilizing technical and social marketing platforms * Experience leading recruitment marketing projects across multiple channels * Consultative delivery experience at all levels to guide strategy initiatives You'll sweep us off our feet if… * You’re a storyteller, a futurist, and a marketer at heart * Strong experience in Recruitment Marketing inside and out * Have an outstanding eye for detail and can articulate the specifics of quality design * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Consider yourself curious and take initiative to transform recruitment marketing at Siemens Why you’ll love working at Siemens! * Competitive compensation (Salary and Bonus) based on qualifications * Medical, dental, prescription and vision coverage, first day of employment * Matching 401(k) (immediate employer match) * Very competitive paid time off plan, paid holidays, and floating holidays * Career development opportunities * Ability to work remote in the zone and travel as needed * Education and tuition reimbursement programs available * Paid parental leave #LI-WK1 #Remote Organization: People & Organization Company: Siemens Corporation Experience Level: Mid-level Professional Full / Part time: Full-time Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Siemens is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
