Job Description

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Identify qualified candidates and manage the process from position opening through offer acceptance.
  • Manage internal and external job posting processes, capturing applicant flow accurately and consistently leveraging the applicant tracking system (Success Factors).
  • Recruiter will utilize their influencing, interpersonal, selling and closing skills to encourage candidates to accept a Bayer offer as an Employer of Choice.
  • The recruiter will have constant communication by email, skype or phone with internal and external candidates and hiring managers.
  • Source active and passive candidates from various resources, including, direct sourcing, employee referrals, traditional media, job fairs, and internet job boards.
  • Follow diversity and inclusion strategies provided by the Talent Acquisition Head and ensure related KPI's are met.
  • Make sure innovative initiative is being followed to attract the correct talent for required requisitions.
  • Manage full life cycle recruiting processes from sourcing to closing the candidate.
  • Maintain relationships with external partners to include community contacts, college officials and local professionals.
  • Build and maintain internal partnerships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs to ensure staffing goals.
  • Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.
  • Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner.
  • Utilizes current knowledge of industry recruiting and staffing strategies and best practices to coordinate, source, interview, and hire for all position levels.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • University degree is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in High Volume Hiring Recruitment and/or Technical Recruitment is required, ideally in an international environment along with a good knowledge of HR interfaces.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required; Success Factors experience is a plus.
  • Advanced English level, both written and spoken. (Mandatory)
  • Fluent Spanish level, both written and spoken. (Mandatory)
  • High service delivery attitude and a strong communicator.
  • High degree of reliability and motivation.
