About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner with successful experience from internal recruitment who wants to join a global yet human company where you can suggest and implement new ideas/ processes and (re)shape how we recruit and ultimately craft your job and career.
You will love it if you are determined, have an inner sense of quality, and can build long-lasting relationships. As a company, we recruit across the entire world (mainly Argentina, USA, Europe, and Asia) and you'd cooperate with people in all these locations. You'd be mainly recruiting in the Czech Republic, but you'd have an opportunity to work on roles in other locations as well – such as Poland, Hungary, Spain and Germany. You would be recruiting for a rather broad range of positions such as people managers, finance admins, HR, sales, and marketing specialists.

Don't worry, we'll teach you everything we know about these roles! What we need from you is to understand what Talent Acquisition and Recruitment are all about.

 

This is a fixed-term position for 12 months.

 

 

What will you do as a Talent Acquisition Partner?

* Support hiring across Europe (Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Spain, Germany) 

* Create and publish job ads on our career pages and job boards that will catch the right people's attention.

* Source, screen, interview, and provide shortlist of candidates to hiring managers.

* Make a great first impression of RWS when engaging with applicants and passive talents – the candidate experience is important to us.

* Advise hiring managers during the whole recruitment life cycle

* Work with our TAP and Marketing teams on organizing events and branding campaigns

* Track all necessary info in our systems and report on your open roles on a weekly basis.

* Suggest ideas that can help us improve further.

* Represent RWS at various events.

* You are experienced in recruitment in a busy environment and dealing with demanding hiring managers

* You are a continuous learner who wants to provide a great experience to talents and hiring managers

* You are proactive and passionate about everything you do

* You are reliable as once the job is yours - we count on you!

* Your English is good enough so you could have written this ad yourself effortlessly and you speak Czech/Slovak at least on B2 level
