Our Centre of Excellence for Talent Acquisition helps to deliver AstraZeneca’s ambitious business strategy through recruiting internal and external talent to meet the needs and demands of the business. In this role, you will deliver talent acquisition service across our marketing and finance shared services companies in Malaysia.

Role Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the delivery of end-to-end recruiting process which includes anticipating talent needs, developing and executing sourcing plans, screening, interviewing, pre- selection, offer management and owning the hiring administration process.
  • Support in the planning and execution of our various Employer Branding plans and ensure consistency in our brand messaging, positioning and materials to these audiences.
  • Develop positive relationships with hiring managers and candidates, build a pool of candidates to meet both current and anticipated business needs.
  • Lead and engage with third party providers to required procurement and policy standards.
  • Collaborate with HRBP on active identification on talent mapping for business critical/key roles within the organisation.
  • Partner with HRBP and business partners to ensure effective rollout of any global initiatives /projects in the space of talent acquisition and employer branding.

Role Requirements

  • Preferably a minimum Bachelor Degree in any fields
  • You should have 3-5 years of end to end recruitment experience and employer branding.
  • Exposure to supporting Pharmaceutical and Global Business Services companies would be helpful
  • You should have an enterprise-wide mindset with the ability to consider the bigger picture in day to day interactions and prioritisations.
  • You are a strong teammate and have a solution-focused ethos.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to quickly build proven relationships across a range of key partners and customers.
