About The Role:
We are seeking an additional Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) to help us with mainly Localization Supply Chain and Operations recruitment so we can not only get on top of our recruiting needs but also free-up more capacity of the team to work on projects related to Branding & Events, Internal process improvements, talent communities building, etc.
This role will suit well someone with successful experience(s) from internal recruitment who wants to join a global yet human company where you can suggest and implement new ideas/ processes and (re)shape how we recruit and ultimately craft your own job and career.
You will love it if you are determined, not (anymore) naive about what internal recruitment means, have an inner sense of quality, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
As a company, we recruit across the entire world (mostly Argentina, USA, Europe, and Asia) and you'd cooperate with people in all these locations.
You would work on a rather broad range of positions people managers, quality specialists, DTP specialists, finance admins, etc.
Don't worry, we'll teach you everything we know about these roles, what we need from you is to know what Talent Acquisition and Recruitment are all about.
Responsibilities:
- Create and publish job ads on our career page and job boards that will catch the right people's attention
- Source (online, offline), screen/ interview, and recommend relevant talents to hiring managers
- Make a great first impression of RWS when engaging with applicants and passive talents
- Help with the creation of job descriptions when hiring managers open new roles
- Advise hiring managers during the whole recruitment life cycle (interviewing tips, how to recruit, etc..)
- Work with our TAP and Marketing teams on organizing events and branding campaigns
- Possibly help with hiring outside of the Czech Republic
- Track all necessary info in our systems as per internal processes
- Suggest ideas that can help us improve further
- Represent RWS at events
- Grow with the role and us
Requirements:
- You are passionate about everything you do
