Your opportunity

• We're currently seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our APAC Talent Acquisition team.
• Based in our Shanghai corporate office, this role has full accountability for all internal hires across China. Due to the continuing growth of our business in APAC, we are seeing newer onsite and corporate opportunities than ever before!
• You will partner closely with our senior leaders and internal hiring managers to ensure our onsite and corporate teams are fully resourced and operational. This means working to tight deadlines and collaborating internally to map out timelines and plan ahead.
• You will have the full support of a Sourcing Specialist to develop and implement sourcing strategies, as well as ensuring we have a strong talent community of engaged candidates for future roles.
• Please note there is great potential to explore further career opportunities within AGS beyond this role.

Your skills

• This role is highly relationship-driven and requires a responsive and professional end-to-end recruiter with a proven track record of building successful stakeholder relationships.
• You are able to guide stakeholders through complex situations and drive successful outcomes whilst effectively managing expectations.
• You will have solid end-to-end recruitment experience coupled with a demonstrated ability to attract and engage talent within the China market using proactive sourcing channels.
• As a self-motivated individual, your welcome autonomy and will thrive on being accountable for your own market.
• We have a strong team culture across APAC, therefore it’s important that this person is team-focused and collaborative, able to build successful working relationships, and knows China market well!
