Is this your next challenge?

As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you have ownership over attracting active and passive tech talents in the APAC region. You will do so by developing a strong understanding of the job market in the tech industry at a regional level and provide recruitment-related advice to the business directly and to HR Business Partners.


Your role will have a regional scope. You will work closely with the HR team both in short & long-term talent acquisition initiatives. Initially you scope will focus on building the tech team in Shanghai Office, you will be recruiting for tech specialist such as Software Engineers, UX designers, Product Owners and Data specialist etc. You will also be a part of a wider global recruitment community, we as business tech target to develop a global network of tech talents.   

Qualifications

Who are you?
The person we are looking for is a high-energy individual who enjoys pushing boundaries and keeps a flexible approach to talent acquisition, focusing on what matters for the business they’re supporting. We’re looking for some recruitment experience, be it in agency or corporate (Experience recruiting tech roles will be a plus) What’s more important though, is that you’re someone who understands that recruitment is not a process to screen out the worse, but it’s a marketing effort to attract the best. You should be comfortable in generating ideas and coming up with solutions. If you're great at executing and very happy that your manager takes all the decisions, then this role (and H&M) is not for you. Finally, your English must be absolutely fluent.
