As Talent Acquisition Partner for Central Eastern Europe & Baltics region (CEEBA), you will be responsible for managing the AstraZeneca resourcing needs for its current and future ‘Talent Pipeline’, as well as preparing sourcing and Employer Branding strategies in order to attract the best talents on the market. You will work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Lead & Talent Acquisition Partners throughout our global hubs and in Europe and Canada to share best practice. In this operational and strategic role, there are many opportunities to collaborate with local, regional and global teams in contributing to projects and activities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Lead, EUCAN, the role will comprise the following aspects:
- Manages TAq delivery across multiple countries and clusters
- Delivers core TAq processes to expected standards, including proactive resource management is carried out, ensuring data quality is accurate and driving a great candidate experience
- Works with GTAq lead & Regional HR Director to understand business priorities and tailor TAq support to meet requirements
- Will manage senior stakeholders under the guidance of the GTAqL
- Aligned to commercial business area(s), Global Talent Acquisition Lead, Business Leaders, as well as HRBP’s.
- Is recognized within the business and TAq as Subject Matter Expert for recruitment into Commercial business units specifically across Central Eastern European and Baltic countries
- Delivers the recruitment services and inputs to the formulation of recruitment strategies in partnership with colleagues, HRBPs and hiring managers to identify and fill vacancies with talented individuals with the right capability and skills in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
- Developing strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates, builds a bench of qualified candidates to meet both current and anticipated business needs.
- Ensures assigned recruitment services are in compliance with Global Recruitment and country policies/guidelines
- Gathers and analyses feedback from various sources for continuous improvement
- Proactively builds and develops relationships with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and other colleagues providing consultation, project management and service delivery
- Participates in all activities in the recruitment life cycle including; recruitment marketing, sourcing planning, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management, hiring and onboarding
- Educates business client in the use of Interviewing approach, recommend resources and techniques for interviewing, assessing and evaluating applicants
- Supports the Global Talent Acquisition Lead with recruitment projects.
- Ensures 3rd party providers adhere to required procurement and policy standards
- Works with continuous improvements to ensure that the way of working remains fit for purpose and exploiting new ways of working and lean methodology to ensure a great candidate and hiring manager experience
- Supports continuous development of the Talent Acquisition community through coaching and mentoring colleagues and peers.
- Advises the business about recruitment responsibilities, legal requirements and appropriate candidate management techniques; provide resources and tools as needed to educate and enhance the skills of individuals involved in the hiring processes
- Supports one or more Central CoE TAq Projects locally or globally
- Supports Early Talent Recruitment activities within aligned business area
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Essential
- Deep understanding of pharma industry
- Proven experience delivering recruitment services into commercial business units
- Experience of recruiting across multiple countries
- Knowledge and experience of commercial pharma talent market in Central Eastern European & Baltic countries outside of Poland
- Expert in delivering full life cycle recruitment services in a complex global environment
- Expert in multi-channel targeted recruitment marketing campaigns and identifying and securing passive candidates via various ‘direct’ channels – Social Media; LinkedIn etc., networking, market mapping, careers fairs, industry events etc
- Experience with Workday application tracking system or other related system
- Experience utilising a range of attraction channels – targeted media, social media, referrals, forums etc. to attract best in class candidates.
- Proven experience in Implementing change programmes
- Highly Competent IT skills, including all Microsoft office, spreadsheets, databases, reports and able to produce meaningful management information.
