Your new role. In your role as Talent Acquisition Partner (f/m/d), you will be responsible for ensuring recruiting while fostering positive customer and candidate experiences and contributing to Siemens’ diversity, equity, and inclusion targets. To stand out in this role, you'll listen carefully to our customers and anticipate their needs before they even know them. You will use your skills to create engaging job postings, utilize market insights and proactively engage with passive candidates. In addition, you will partner closely with experienced colleagues to develop strategies to attract the most suitable candidates. You will also be an active contributor to our own team’s culture transformation journey. With your talent, you provide the best class service to our internal Siemens customers, helping them to find the best talents in Germany and beyond. Your experience and knowledge will allow you to have a say in how you do your role. What you will be responsible for. Deliver recruitment solutions for our customers in different Siemens businesses Become a trusted partner to the business across various levels Utilize data and market insights as a basis for your recruitment strategy Support in TA projects, both on a local and a global level Actively use data to assess and measure the candidate funnel, recruiting performance and the talent market Actively monitor and optimize the candidate funnel using various techniques to discover and attract the best passive talents What you need to bring. A university degree combined with initial experience in in-house and/or agency recruitment, preferably focusing on tech recruiting Strong collaboration skills with all involved parties within TA, People & Organization (P&O) and key business partners Passion for technology - you are comfortable using the latest technology in recruitment Can-do attitude and strong customer orientation Innovative mindset and willingness to learn Business fluency in German and English Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners A genuine passion for recruiting as a craft and the desire to continuously learn and grow What else do you need to know?
