Our recruiting team for the Siemens Graduate Program is responsible for bringing the next generation of top talents to Siemens and accompanying them on their development during the program. About the role: As Talent Acquisition Partner (f/m/d), you will ensure we are attracting and selecting the next generation of high-potential talents for our two-year program: As an assessor in our virtual SGP assessment centers, you will play a crucial role in selecting the best candidates for our program and thereby ensure a high-quality level of the participants. You will plan, organize and execute the assessment centers. You will be responsible for demand management, close alignment with business colleagues on their demands and the placement of SGP candidates in the business. Being a trend scout, you stay up-to-date on the latest recruiting trends, market developments and innovative recruiting approaches. Actively use data to assess and measure the candidate funnel, recruiting performance and the talent market. You act as the interface to Business Decision Makers, P&O Business Partners and TA Business Contacts throughout the selection process. In addition, you will actively accompany our SGP participants throughout the program, thereby supporting their development within Siemens and ensuring they have an excellent experience on their SGP journey. What you need to bring? A university degree, preferably in psychology or business psychology, combined with first years of relevant professional experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Management, gained in-house, in an agency or a management consultancy. Strong passion for graduate recruitment paired with first professional experience with identifying and assessing potential of candidates. Strong moderation skills to conduct our assessment centers. First experience in relationship management with our stakeholders, including hiring managers and P&O business partners. A can-do attitude paired with strong customer orientation. Passion for technology – you are comfortable using the latest technology in recruitment. Business fluency in English; German language skills are preferable.
