In this role, you will drive all steps to ensure a great candidate experience throughout the selection process. Your talent acquisition expertise will be key to secure a great hiring manager experience as well. We are looking for a collaborative individual who can connect our company's needs with talented candidates. We look for someone who can partner with different Universities and World Class schools to find and attract diverse top talent, developing long term relationships where DTNA is recognized as one of the Top Companies to work for in the US. This position embraces continuous improvement and looks for ways to ensure we have the most effective and efficient practices while keeping an eye on market trends and new technologies.


Responsibilities
Be DTNA’s ambassador at Universities and Career fairs
Promotes DTNA’s “Employer of Choice” image.
Promotes a great candidate experience throughout the recruiting process and continuously improves that process for an even better experience for the next candidate
Maintain relationships with schools as it pertains to university recruiting and manage recruiting campaigns
Build and network industry contacts
Will conduct active sourcing activities to meet the hiring needs of the the Hiring Manager
Will include travel for attending and recruiting at national events and selected universities.
Will own the development and management of recruitments through the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo)
Work with members of management, employee relations, labor relations and compensation teams in extending offers for external and internal candidates.
Owns the relationship with assigned areas of the business, and will be held accountable to standard recruiting metrics.
May manage projects in the recruiting team
Make recommendations and drive process & systems improvements.
Assist with developing and implementing talent programs.

- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university/college required

- Degree in HR, Marketing, or Business preferred.

- An attached resume is required

- Great customer service skills required


- 2-3 years recruiting & sourcing experience required


- Effective oral and written communication skills required


- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work required


- Ability to travel for recruiting events, college visits and maintain a flexible work schedule required


- Excellent interpersonal skills are required with an ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork required
