Job Description

Reporting, to the Talent Acquisition Enablement, Sr. Manager, the Talent Acquisition Data & Analytics Specialist will be responsible for developing reports, processes and systems that inform key success metrics as well as actionable insights that inform progress toward meeting departmental goals. This individual will also monitor and track recruiter adherence to external hiring regulatory guidelines. This role will partner closely with the HRTS and HR Insights and Analytics team to ensure data integrity and advocate for TA Reporting needs.

Responsibilities:
• Responds to scheduled, ad hoc and urgent reporting requests
• Develop and maintain procedures for the metrics report generating process
• Develops of deep understanding of Talent Acquisition data flow as well as candidate behavior and recruiter behavior
• Investigate possible methods of improving and/or increasing the automation of the reporting process
• Act as a main point-of-contact for all TA reporting requests
• Identifying errors and deficiencies and making process improvement recommendations.
• Analyzing an organization’s future workforce needs against internal and external labor markets to identify potential shortfalls and design interventions to fill the gaps
• Leverages existing reports and dashboards to provide TA Senior Leadership with actionable insights regarding key performance metrics and data trends for all pockets of recruitment
• Present relevant trends in clear, succinct reports to key stakeholders and demonstrate the implications of these trends on the business
• Conducting “what if” scenario planning and analysis to identify the return and impact of specific TA initiatives
• Partners with HRTS and HR Insights and Analytics to identify reporting gaps and to build additional reports or dashboards
• Reports on team’s compliance with internal recruiting processes and external hiring regulatory guidelines, including (but not limited to) OFCCP, EEO/AA, ADAA, etc.


Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4+ years of HR Reporting Experience

• Strong data analytics background
• Flexibility to adjust to ever-changing market needs; able to think on your feet
• Ability to communicate effectively, balance multiple tasks, set priorities, and solve problems independently
• Previous experience with Kenexa, Workday, and Microsoft Power BI
