Job Overview
This is a Contract (Temporary) position
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Contract Sourcer provides support to TA Recruiters and Managers by sourcing internal talent to our hiring managers and promoting the company’s growth. They will engage with hiring managers to better understand the position details and requisite experiences and capabilities necessary to meet the posted requirements. To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Internal screening of applicants to hiring managers posted job qualifications, experience, skills, and abilities by using applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Drive a positive candidate experience as part of the initial recruiting process.
- Maintain data integrity across all sources of candidate information.
- Provide highest levels of customer service throughout all levels of the organization for internal employees
- Manage high position count
- Prepares job offer materials in accordance with the job specifications
- Collaborate with the Recruiters and Hiring Managers to achieve an efficient, accurate, and seamless candidate experience
