Job Description

  • Perform candidate sourcing activities through relevant online channels such as job boards, professional social media network, and other professional networks for entry level to senior level roles and perform technical sourcing activities for assigned roles across levels.

  • Facilitate assigned activities to support AECOM talent attraction initiatives via social media and other professional network channels to attract top talent

  • Participate in intake meetings with Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Partners and support in developing and facilitating sourcing strategies and develop cadence with stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with internal recruitment team on job requisitions by providing qualified candidates gathered via sourcing activities.

  • Support junior members in ensuring talent pipeline activities remain healthy and consistent.

  • Facilitate assigned sourcing projects and activities to support company’s talent branding initiatives and expand talent sourcing capabilities.

  • Connect, engage, and conduct candidate interviews through phone or video screening using available recruiting tools when needed.

  • Perform assigned advertising and promotion activities for AECOM’s talent attraction initiatives via necessary channels.

  • Maintain positive and strong relationship with current and future potential candidates

  • Provide and maintain sourcing reports when requested give insights to basic roles in line with the available market trends across requisitions.

  • Accurately document candidate and hiring manager activities in the application tracking system.

  • Escalate issues and recommend resolutions to the Team Lead for timely. May support junior members of the team in addressing routine issues within the assigned processes.

  • Maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.

  • Perform moderately complex tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures.

  • Propose alternatives in identified issues and assist in investigating and in resolving common and unusual issues.

  • Contribute to various and simultaneous process improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and increase productivity.

  • Contribute specialized expertise to different assigned projects and may provide key updates to Team Lead and Manager.

  • Participate in audit-related activities and ad hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience. Recruitment Agency experience is preferred and experience in a global company and dynamic recruitment environment would also be considered

  • Experience and knowledge of the Engineering or Technical sectors would be an advantage

  • Headhunt, market-map whilst targeting high performing candidates in rival firms

  • Proactive and creative sourcing and research techniques on hard-to-fill assignments

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to record and present data accurately and with impact; strong Excel and Powerpoint skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Cantonese would be advantageous but not necessary

  • Experience working with geographically-dispersed virtual teams, as well as having the ability to work both independently and in a team environment

  • Proven experience in handling business line recruitment independently is a must

  • Experience in using Workday / Smart Recruiter system would be an advantage
