We are hiring Recruiting Sourcing Specialist to support Talent Acquisition for U.S. and Canada operations for Large Drives. In this role, you will report directly to the Americas P&O (People & Organization) Head and partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner on recruiting efforts to support the sourcing strategy. This is remote (east coast) role. Required Education & Experience • 3+ years of sourcing and candidate pipeline experience in manufacturing and skilled labor • Proficient in utilizing various recruitment search engines • Strong experience conducting Boolean searches • Source, identify and pre-qualify candidates for open and future positions • Partner with Talent Acquisition and P&O Business Partners to execute sourcing strategies and deliver competitive intelligence for current and future openings • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail • Adaptability to be agile to meet changing business needs BS/BA in related subject, AA degree with additional experience will be considered.
