Job Description

Talent Aquisition Specialist (4 months contract)

The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting at a variety of levels in all corporate departments.  This person must be experienced both directly sourcing candidates as well as processing applicants through the interview process. 
 
Responsibilities

  • Management of full-cycle recruiting for all permanent SDL roles
  • Proactively research and evaluate new sourcing and research ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies
  • Develop candidate pipelines for open roles in various departments and regions through various channels, including job boards, networking sites, social media etc.
  • Utilization of applicant tracking system to create requisitions and process approvals
  • Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and research markets for effective recruitment, prescreen appropriate candidates and schedule interviews
  • Management of recruitment agency vendors 

Skills and Experience 

 
Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ progressive recruiting experience, including recruiting senior-level candidates, into corporate setting
  • Localization, High Tech or Software industry experience is preferred
  • Ability to source talent directly as all levels utilizing creative recruiting strategies is essential
  • Experience developing comprehensive recruitment strategy
  • Understanding and experience in the use of online recruitment tools including general and industry specific job boards, networking sites, resume databanks
  • Expert applicant tracking system user, ability to train others in the usage of ATS
  • Understanding of HR practices and employment law/regulations
