Job Description
Talent Aquisition Specialist (4 months contract)
The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting at a variety of levels in all corporate departments. This person must be experienced both directly sourcing candidates as well as processing applicants through the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Management of full-cycle recruiting for all permanent SDL roles
- Proactively research and evaluate new sourcing and research ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies
- Develop candidate pipelines for open roles in various departments and regions through various channels, including job boards, networking sites, social media etc.
- Utilization of applicant tracking system to create requisitions and process approvals
- Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and research markets for effective recruitment, prescreen appropriate candidates and schedule interviews
- Management of recruitment agency vendors
Skills and Experience
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ progressive recruiting experience, including recruiting senior-level candidates, into corporate setting
- Localization, High Tech or Software industry experience is preferred
- Ability to source talent directly as all levels utilizing creative recruiting strategies is essential
- Experience developing comprehensive recruitment strategy
- Understanding and experience in the use of online recruitment tools including general and industry specific job boards, networking sites, resume databanks
- Expert applicant tracking system user, ability to train others in the usage of ATS
- Understanding of HR practices and employment law/regulations
