About The Role: This role requires a self-starting capable team player with a hardworking and enthusiastic mindset to join our ambitious TA team and to help us drive top talent to our company via innovative candidate attraction strategies.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments. Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.
Stakeholder Management: Understanding and gathering the information from the stakeholders on the open positions including the budget and TAT. Managing and updating them on the interviews and candidates on regular basis.
System Management: Managing ATS and regularly moving candidates through proper flow of the ATS system.
Vendor Management: Build a strong vendor channel by identifying and empanelment with strong vendors in the market to work on key positions. Responsible for vendor management i.e. tie up, renewal and cancellation of contract. Raising invoices processing them for approvals and payments.
Data Management: Preparing weekly and monthly reports such as (Hiring Tracker, Headcount Dashboard, Employee Referral tracker, Vendor payment tracker). Filing and maintaining all the necessary documents.
Requirements:
- Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
