We are currently sourcing for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Campoverde di Aprilia. This role will report to the TA Manager and will support the activities for the Italian operations plant. Day to day, you will: Support the team in building diverse talent pools and attracting high qualified candidates; Engage with the Business HR leaders and hiring managers in relation to workforce planning for current and future TA requirements; Design and deliver branded sourcing strategies internally and externally to attract and promote top talent into the organization; Partner with hiring managers on complete recruiting life cycle (sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, offer preparation and onboarding); Execute sourcing strategies for talent pipeline campaigns as appropriate. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will: Have a master degree in a relevant discipline (psychology, economics, law) 3+ years recruitment experience (preferably in Pharma/Operation contexts) Possess strong communications skills Demonstrate ability to engage with multiple customers Demonstrate proactivity, curiosity and a strong spirit of innovation.
