This role will report to the TA Manager and will support the activities for the Italian operations plant. Day to day, you will: Support the team in building diverse talent pools and attracting high qualified candidates; Engage with the Business HR leaders and hiring managers in relation to workforce planning for current and future TA requirements; Design and deliver branded sourcing strategies internally and externally to attract and promote top talent into the organization; Partner with hiring managers on complete recruiting life cycle (sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, offer preparation and onboarding); Execute sourcing strategies for talent pipeline campaigns as appropriate. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will: Have a master degree in a relevant discipline (psychology, economics, law) 3+ years recruitment experience (preferably in Pharma/Operation contexts) Possess strong communications skills Demonstrate ability to engage with multiple customers Demonstrate proactivity, curiosity and a strong spirit of innovation.
