As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely alongside the Head of HR, APAC and respective Team Managers to provide comprehensive support across all recruitment, pre-employment screening (PES) and HR activities for Ten’s APAC offices. Whilst developing excellent working relationships with key staff around the world you will support our management team in recruiting the best talent and ensuring a seamless employee journey for our new starters.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Project managing recruitment campaigns from start to finish, including support on job postings, CV screenings, telephone interviews and face-to-face interviews remotely;
- Proactively introducing improvements to streamline and make the recruitment process more effective
- Driving all aspects of the recruitment process for their agreed area of focus – office, team or department.
- Identifying difficult job vacancies and investigating the best recruitment approach for them
- Providing a high quality HR administration service, responding to all recruitment & PES queries promptly and accurately;
- Maintaining the recruitment database and Ten’s career website accurately and to a high standard;
- Preparing and sending all offer paperwork to prospective employees;
We are looking for:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Proven high level of accuracy in literacy and numeracy;
- The ability to work alone or as part of a team;
- Strong time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise work;
- Good knowledge of using MS Office, particularly Word and Excel;
- Strong relationship building skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Please note: Previous proven work experience in recruitment is essential; regional experience in the VIP, luxury, travel, hospitality and customer service background is preferred.
Ten works with a small Preferred Suppliers List currently, focused on specialists in each location. Please note we are not accepting any further agencies onto our PSL at this time.
