#Roles & Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end full cycle recruitment process from requisition creation, sourcing and selection to onboarding

- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.

- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.

- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.

- Post openings in appropriate venues (social and professional web media, associations, colleges, institutes)

- Utilize/Managing appropriate sourcing channels (Internet, referrals, recruitment vendor, Social medias)

- Solve complicated problems and making solutions by analysis of data/market and communication with other teams

- Understanding/Partnering with business units and hiring managers to be a strategic partner as a Talent Acquisition specialist

#Qualification

- Minimum of 3 years in full-cycle recruiting experience
- Minimum of 5 years in HR

- Ability to be proactive, self-motivated with strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

- Strong interpersonal skills with  demonstrated experience building relationships with employees at all levels of organization

- Fluent in written and speaking English
