Talent Acquisition Researcher EMEA Location: multiple location across EMEA possible with remote work solution Eaton’s Talent Acquisition team EMEA is responsible for recruiting external talent within Eaton’s Industrial, Electrical and Corporate sectors in Europe, Middle East and Africa region. We are a truly international, multicultural, and diverse team (based in 12 locations, speaking 13 languages, covering 23 countries) with extensive experience, and we are currently looking to welcome a new colleague as Talent Acqusition Specialist EMEA. What will you do: The role is primarily responsible for providing talent sourcing and recruiting support, and partner with Eaton’s Talent Acquisition Consultants. What else will you do? Take the lead on research / sourcing / market intelligence & mapping activities Seek out talent for strategically important roles, using digital tools, databases and social networks Build and engage high quality talent pipelines who will see you as Eaton’s subject matter expert Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, network alignment, and capability to the organization Identify target industries, companies, user groups, professional associations or educational institutions to proactively create a pipeline of qualified candidates Create compelling sourcing strategies, work on improving brand perception in target groups Participate in other talent acquisition and employer branding projects Qualifications What will you need: Fluency in English, plus preferably stable/advanced level of German Preferred working experience in recruitment, headhunting or broader Human Resources function Interest in further developing in the Talent Acquisition domain Minimum Bachelor's Degree at an accredited College or University Ability to work in a virtual team environment Strong detail orientation and ability to make sense of information from multiple sources Creativity to enhance research and recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, customer satisfaction Excellent data mining skills and utilization of online sourcing tools Ability to work independently in a fast paced multinational environment Solid PC skills including knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) What Eaton offers: Full-time, permanent contract, long-term development opportunities possible Flexible work solutions – with full remote work option / position can be based in multiple locations across EMEA Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team Excellent working environment in a truly inclusive international organization.
