Eaton’s Corporate office is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Sr. Consultant Latin America to join our team. This position is based at our Queretaro Office. The Talent Acquisition Sr. Consultant Latin America is responsible for establishing and implementing the recruiting strategy for managerial salaried positions for Latin America. Acting as a recruiting strategic partner, the person will identify, recruit, and screen potential candidates and manage the associated process through offer and negotiation stage to acceptance. Some activities related with the position will be: Manage a requisition load of 30 - 35+ open positions in a fast paced environment Manage talent acquisition process beginning from search kick off through offer acceptance Influence co-workers and customers without authority in a matrix environment Learn the product and services of the organization in order to attract key talent Utilize technology to identify new candidates, build relationships, and maintain a talented pool of candidates for selection purposes Enforce and providing guidance on policies, procedures and best practices to internal customers Identify, recruit and screen potential candidates utilizing all resources available Manage talent acquisition process beginning from search kick off through offer acceptance Develop recruiting strategies specific to each unique managerial requisition Establish priorities, manage deadlines and exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients. #LI-NM1 Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university Minimum of 4 year experience working in a human resources or professional staffing role Fully Bilingual – Spanish / English. Advanced / Conversational Portuguese. Minimum of 4 year experience with recruiting or staffing.
