Job Description
Eaton’s Corporate office is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Sr. Consultant to join our team. This position is based at our Queretaro Office. The Talent Acquisition Sr. Consultant is responsible for implementing the internal recruiting strategy for managerial salaried positions for North America as a recruiting strategic partner, the person will identify and screen potential candidates and manage the associated process through offer and negotiation stage to acceptance. Some activities related with the position will be: Manage a requisition load of 20 - 25+ open positions in a fast paced environment Manage talent acquisition process beginning from search kick off through offer acceptance Influence co-workers and customers without authority in a matrix environment Utilize technology to build relationships Enforce and providing guidance on policies, procedures and best practices to internal customers Manage talent acquisition process beginning from search kick off through offer acceptance Develop recruiting strategies specific to each unique managerial requisition Establish priorities, manage deadlines and exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients. #LI-NM1 Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university Minimum of 4 year experience working in a human resources or professional staffing role Fully Bilingual – Spanish / English.
