Eaton's Corporate Office is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Supervisor Brazil y SCA to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for for partnering with Brazil y SCA Talent Acquisition Management team to help lead experienced professional level talent acquisition activities in Brazil y SCA. The individual will deploy Talent Acquisition strategies and solutions to the sectors/groups while driving client relationships with internal customers. This individual will utilize all recruiting and assessment tools available in order to identify, screen and assess top candidates based on the Eaton competencies and the Eaton leadership model. This individual will be responsible for supervising, coaching and mentoring a team of Talent Acquisition Consultants (local and remote). Some activities related with the position will be: Responsible for supervising, coaching and mentoring a team of Talent Acquisition Consultant (local and remote) while also working on recruitment of SB10+ positions Recommend and implement recruiting best practices such as tools, technologies, customer service, policies and procedures Responsible for monitoring and driving the regional talent acquisition metrics such as Time to Accept, Time to Present, Customer Service, Diversity & Inclusion, Quality of Hires, etc. Identify and upgrade competencies of direct reports to meet long term hiring needs Partner with other Talent Acquisition teams such as Employment and Technology team on both daily activities and global and regional projects Provide guidance and coaching to peers on the team in various settings Ability to use talent acquisition analytics and industry best practices to communicate and/or educate operation leaders Proven ability to exceed key talent acquisition goals on a consistent basis Willingness and ability to support Regional Talent Acquisition Management team on ad-hoc projects Responsible for ensuring training of all available tools is provided to their reports in addition to aiding in new hire training including the development of training materials The ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients Qualifications Education and Skills required to meet position qualifications: Bachelor's Degree; Advanced English skills; Intermediate Spanish skills; Advanced Portuguese skills; Experience leading end-to-end Recruitment processes; Strong organization and time management skills. Education and Skills desired to meet position qualifications: Experience with applicant tracking systems; Experience leading recruitment processes in other Latin America countries.
