Job Description
The EMEA Talent Acquisition Supervisor for the Corporate & Functions Team will be responsible to lead a team of recruiters and to monitor various hiring metrics. The individual will also be actively handling recruitment activities for more senior vacancies by deploying talent acquisition strategies and solutions utilizing all recruiting tools available in order to identify and screen top candidates. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will also have to drive client relationships with internal customers within her/his scope of work. The person will report directly to the EMEA Talent Acquisition Sr. Manager. Supervise, coach and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Consultants (local and/or remote), performing direct targeted recruiting searches and providing creative recruiting solutions to meet their customers’ needs. Recommend, implement and drive best practices within the Talent Acquisition Center. Provide input to the management in regards to the regional recruitment strategy (strategy development, active and passive candidate sourcing strategies, tools, etc.) Communicate and educates the organization on recruiting resources / systems / procedures / compliance. Participate in special projects for the talent acquisition center as needed. Deliver recruitment services for more senior vacancies (up to SB11) for businesses in scope. Interact effectively with all levels of the organization. Maintain & monitor the accuracy of the complete hiring process within the system and drive the talent acquisition metrics for the team. Monitor and drive the talent acquisition metrics for the team. Manages the team workload to ensure proper service delivery as well as his/her own load of requisitions. Identify and upgrade competencies of Talent Acquisition Consultants to meet long-term hiring needs. Qualifications Minimum Bachelors' degree Previous experience in recruiting professional and managerial levels candidates ideally in engineering and information technology sectors. Excellent problem solving and change management skills are necessary combined with a strategic mindset and approach. Strong communication skills is required. Ability to manage and coach a team of professionals. Experience or skills in using analytics/metrics to drive and impact the business performance. Strong customer service skills for internal and external clients are required. Customer service skills for internal and external clients are required. Ability to deal with confidential information in an appropriate professional manner. Excellent problem-solving skills are necessary. Teamwork in an environment where any and all duties can be shared. Good sense of urgency. Ability to work on numerous dissimilar things concurrently. Knowledge of the use of the Internet as a research and recruiting tool, as well as all Microsoft Office Applications. SAP/Taleo/Oracle or any other ATS experience will be an advantage.
