We are looking for a Talent Advisor/Recruiter to join our Global team of extraordinary specialists that build the future by attracting and hiring talent in the DACH Region.

Join Intel and our team to work on

  • Partnership with Intel's business groups by providing recruiting expertise to find, attract and hire the best talent needed by Intel to support the development of the technology and product roadmaps.

  • Bringing to the table a business acumen and insight with labor market data and knowledge of talent pools.

  • Developing sourcing plans and strategies to meet not only the current requirements but supporting the long-term talent business needs of Intel.

  • Leveraging talent expertise, understanding of talent acquisition plans (TAP), business model, operations, competitive position, and business group products to identify the top business priorities and making recommendations, and influencing the hiring team, manager, or internal stakeholders regarding the talent acquisition plan.

  • Creating a WOW user experience for candidates through direct engagement and interaction throughout the hiring lifecycle.

  • Establishing and tapping candidates’ networks to advocate on behalf of Intel.

  • Partnering with the Recruitment Marketing and Sourcing teams to meet future needs and bolster our talent pipeline.

  • Sharing recruiting knowledge and expertise regarding finding, attracting, and hiring the best talent for Intel's constantly changing needs.


Qualifications

  • You are a passionate recruitment professional, with experience in delivering recruitment solutions (ideally IT, R&D, or engineering profiles)

  • In order to thrive in our international environment, you need to be fluent in Business English and German and feel comfortable with new and emerging technologies.

  • By possessing a good understanding of the IT industry (skillsets, trends, competition, etc.) and Intel's unique value proposition you can create successful recruitment plans and attract talent.

  • You know what it takes to successfully manage and engage with stakeholders - you are not afraid of influencing, managing expectations, or escalations.

  • Your high flexibility and agility make you able to deliver in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and high-volume environment.

  • You are the role model when it comes to networking, building relationships, and managing the candidate’s journey.

  • You know how to tell a story based on talent data.

  • You have fluent level of German and English.

Work Model for this Role
