Job Description.
1. Learn professional knowledge in various industries, including but not limited to finance, consulting, Internet, AI, technology, chemical energy, medicine and medical treatment, etc;
2. Participate in or preside over the development of Haina talent evaluation products, including theoretical research, topic development, POC test and calibration.
Qualifications.
1. Specialized in Applied Psychology or Human Resource Management.
2, with more than 1 year of talent assessment or career planning related projects hands-on experience.
3、Have strong learning ability, active and open-minded, strong pressure resistance, able to adapt to overtime and travel work environment.
4, excellent language organization and communication skills, strong sense of inspiration, responsibility and customer service consciousness.
