About The Role:
The Talent Administrator performs administrative and organizational tasks for the Talent department.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks associated with maintenance and updating personnel database in HRIS.
- Administration of employment contracts and registrations, based on cooperation with Legal, managers and other HR members.
- Organizational and administrative tasks associated with entries of new staff and departures (cooperation with Service Desk, X process).
- Monitoring and updating of validity of employment contracts (DPP, DPČ).
- Makes all updates of organization charts in compliance with checked and approved changes.
- Manage offboarding process.
- Acts as point of contact between the employee and external service providers (Health insurance, Bank, other benefits, and vendors), assuring quality service delivery and employee satisfaction.
- Maintains and updates regulatory reporting for Labor Ministry (medical examinations, access controls, annual payroll books, etc.).
- Supports in payroll tasks: licence certificates and advanced payments. Payroll reporting in systems.
- Ensures the Company is in compliance with labor regulations. Seeks legal counsel when necessary. Remains current with employment laws and regulations.
- Supports in preparation of reports and statistics delivery.
- Organizes administrative tasks related to all training activities.
- Onboards newcomers. Gives induction and general basic trainings to new members.
- Supports the organizational and administrative tasks associated with selecting and hiring new staff.
- Realizes other administrative support of the HR Department members.
- Event Management.
Requirements:
- Min.1 years experience in a HR administrative or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of legislative framework that governs HR and Labor practices.
- Basic knowledge of HR environment, processes and practices.
- English Intermediate.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point) .

- Ability to plan, schedule, prioritize, focus and keep others informed.
