Job Description

As a Talent Coordinator you will have a pivotal role of ensuring high quality in our day- to-day complex hiring processes and high capacity of system management.
You will be performing various post verbal offer activities which include tasks such as new hire documents management and status tracking for medical, background and vaccination status, job offer systems updates, candidates follow-up conversations, and use the different recruiting tools to supply general back-office support to the group.
You will involve in the other assigned hiring activities including recruitment marketing, college/universities engagement and hiring events within the bandwidth.
You must be able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate ability to function in an interrupt-driven environment.
You must be able to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication with all levels is required, high responsibilities and ensure the communication flow in case of urgency or ad-hoc issue to recruitment team for mitigate the impact in the hiring process
Attention to details and well-collaboration with team members and related team


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field.

0-2 years experience
Excellent interpersonal, communication, well-organized and prioritization skills
Demonstrated high capabilities of customer service and teamwork
Good at communication, both English & Vietnamese.
Strong PC skills, administrative & logistics management capabilities.
A highly organized person.
Excellent attention to details and quality focused.
Ability to multitask and work independently
Good proactive and initiative skills

Work Model for this Role
