Come build a future with us! Intel is seeking highly qualified candidates to join our Growth and Corporate Talent Coordinator team within our larger Talent Planning and Acquisition Group (TPA) as a Talent Coordinator.
Join our growing Talent Coordinator (TC) team where you will work closely with our Recruiters and Sourcers to enable a more active engagement with candidates and hiring managers in support of our fast-paced organization. You will work in close partnership with the recruiting team to efficiently execute process flows and support various transactional support for stakeholders in compliance with current TPA guidelines
The TC is a critical partner for maintaining the data integrity of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and the main hub of the daily operations of our end-to-end staffing process, from requisition posting to a new employee's first day of work.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Ensure timely data management
Communicate requisitions and/or hiring process status
Audit and manage requisition records, from job postings to workflow steps
Support pre and post offer processes and/or changes
Offer development and delivery support
Candidate disposition in ATS
Navigate a variety of challenges that may arise throughout the day to help resolve complex issues

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research. Minimum Required Qualifications:
High School diploma and 2 or more years of related work experience.
2 plus years of experience performing administrative and/or data entry tasks in recruiting or other HR activities at multinational companies based in US.
1 or more years of experience using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and One Note.
B2+ plus English level
Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical/Associates Degree or higher in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Reporting capabilities: Data extraction and management
Experience with Workday or other enterprise level Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Experience in Business Process Management, Process improvement, Quality Control.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
